BEAUTY TIP OF THE WEEK - Argan Oil
Skin takes a beating this time of year for those of us who live in cold weather climates. Everyone is complaining about dry, flaky skin. It can be a real problem.
An easy fix to perk up a dry, dull complexion is Argan Oil because it can be used as a moisture boost under your regular moisurizer. Apply a small amount (one pump) to a cleansed face, let soak in for a few minutes then follow with your daily moisturizer or night cream. Argan oil can also be used alone as a night treatment. I suggested the oil to my 22 year old daughter to use only on her cheeks which were getting chapped and wind burned. She mixes a small amount in the palm of her hand with a spritz or two of a rosewater toner, then applies. This slightly dilutes the oil and allows it to absorb quickly and completely. She’s become a fan.
